Sauna guests instructions
1、为了您的身体健康，请勿在酒后进行桑拿浴。
for your health, please don't drink in the sauna.
2、请您在桑拿浴前先进行淋浴。

3、请保持桑拿浴室的安静与整洁，不要吐痰或乱扔纸杯杂物等。

4、有传染性疾病的患者请勿使用桑拿浴，例如：皮肤病、性病、爱滋病等等。

5、有心脏病、高血压等患者，请勿使用桑拿浴。
have heart disease, hypertension patients, do not use sauna.
6、如果感到身体不适，请您及时停止桑拿浴。
if feel the body is unwell, please timely stop sauna.
7、请您不要调试桑拿炉的温度控制器，如果需要调整温度，请通知服务人员操作。
please don't debugging sauna furnace temperature controller, if need to adjust temperature, please inform the service personnel.
8、在使用桑拿浴时，不要携带金属物品，以免烫伤。
in the use of sauna, don't carry metal items, in order to avoid scald.
9、请您保管好个人财物，如有丢失本中心恕不负责。
please keep personal property, if lost the center will not be responsible.
10、本中心谢绝十八周岁以下未成年人使用桑拿浴。
the center decline under the age of eighteen minors use sauna.
